¤The Zero Fraud Liability benefit covers unauthorized use of your Phillips 66® Conoco® 76® fuel card when your account is in good standing. To access this benefit you must report the unauthorized use of your Phillips 66® Conoco® 76® fuel card within 60 days of your billing date, maintain reasonable security policies and controls for the access, use, and protection of all Phillips 66® Conoco® 76® fuel cards and related card information, and cooperate fully with any investigation regarding the possible unauthorized use of your card. “Unauthorized use” means the use of the account or a card by a person who does not have actual, implied, or apparent authority for such use, and from which the company receives no benefit. Any use of the Phillips 66® Conoco® 76® fuel card when your card controls are set to “Emergency” are not qualified for this benefit.
